IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note, that you MUST announce at least 7 days prior to the meeting if you have registered and you cannot attend. Acceptable cancelation less than 7 days in advance are reasons like, network emergency, illness or any kind of emergency. Other reasons (less than 7 days before the meeting) will no more be accepted and we keep the right to deny your registration to the next meeting! |
